It is a required to be CNG certified to be a plant seller at my local farmers market. I also want to be able to tell my customers that all of my plants are grown naturally with no chemicals or herbicides used.

I have been growing plants and trees for over 50 years. Starting as a child I always grew our family garden organically. It is a practice that I have always followed before it became popular. I have been growing plants and trees for market for the last two years.

I do not till any of my land. It is just in grass that I mow each month or so, putting the cuttings back onto the land. The land is also terraced to prevent erosion. I am a plant nursery. I do not grow any crops on the land. All of my plants are in nursery pots and repotted as they get bigger.
